    1. Understand background information from the customer— purpose of the test, sample information
    2. Use layman language to explain the difference of different methods (customer education process)
    3. Help customer to understand the pros and cons of using different methods from scientific point of view
    4. Sharing view on the potential risks of choosing wrong method
